I have been at these apartments since the age of 5. Loved the place, but now at age 22 I have seen lots of things changes. Many manager come and go. But lately been going down hill a lot to the point I don't like living here anymore, Rent always increasing, towing company is horrible here, our complaints just get put to the side, neighbors taking up visitor spots when they don't need it, trash bins overfilled or trash not inside, many houses need new appliances. At least 3 homes I know have been getting water inside their homes whenever it rains. Been promised new carpet but has never been changed since moving in which is 17 years now. Most the time pool is super freezing cold, window broken but they just decided to put wood and tape to "fix". Some neighbors don't throw trash into the bins, don't pick up dog poop, sandpit full of weeds, park is super small not fun at all. Visitor parking isn't really visitor, if you stay overnight, you need a pass. Elite towing company is super rude too. Taken my car twice, second time I simply asked where and why he took my car, his rude response was, "if you live here, you should know the rules." Never did the office going door to door to notify us about their rules. Not only me, many neighbors have issues with the tow company. Feeling like the office doesn't listen, I am here writing this. Been shooed away whenever we do show up and ask for help. Sad how they treat us after being here for so long.
