From the time I have first moved in till now it has been a nightmare. First off, the carpet was not replaced when I initially moved in. Cabinets in the kitchen were & still are broken. I've been told several times by multiple staff members the carpet would be replaced but still hasn't been done. Last week a company came in and patched the carpet. The guy patching the carpet even said there was no padding and so many stains the carpet needs to be replaced. Overall the complex is cheaper then everywhere else in Colorado but the staff doesn't care about their tenants.

I just love this place, the staff members are very cooperative and helpful but the only problem here is that there is no designated parking spot. The neighbors are nice too.

Incredible incredible incredible. Just moved in about a week ago and my family and I are in love. Noah the property manager is amazing and is always willing to help and answer any questions he can. All the maintenance and other office staff is the same, absolutely incredible and helpful. I’ve never been happier and I’m so happy I’ve found my forever home at Greens of Northglenn. Thanks for being amazing guys! My family and I love our home!

The greens of northglenn was a prayer sent for my kids and I. The community is friendly. The office staff is amazing and very helpful. The office even helped me with Christmas one year. The management and maintenance staff and great and make sure your taken care of.

Noah and Olivia are always so very kind and helpful. They make living here at the apartments great! They are always first to help and are always ready to awnser any questions I have.

Very comfortable place to live. The landlords are WONDERFUL and always there to answer questions or if you have any concerns!! Love this place. UPDATE: (after living here 3yrs): can't get ever get anyone in the office, leave messages and never.get a call back then they say they've been trying to get in contact with me and I'm not being cooperative? 😒 I've had work orders put in for a year and a half to fix broken windows THAT THE WHOLE WINDOW FELL OUT OF THE FRAME OF THE HOUSE!!! Took almost 2 yrs for an answer. My maintenance guy Jason deserves a raise! He's amazing. ALWAYS out on site, can usually find him doing something. If you need something he's there and he will do whatever he could to get it for you. Not much else to say except I also wish it felt safer here. I don't trust letting my kids play outside with some of the stuff that goes on
