I have lived in this community since 2017 (when I was 9 years old). At first, everything was great, but the quality of management and property maintenance has severely declined over the years. It has gotten to the point where it is overall an awful place to live.
The property itself is always dirty and is seemingly never cleaned. On top of that, amenities are neglectedâwe havenât had a functioning pool since 2019.
When you put in work orders for your actual apartment, they regularly go unanswered for weeks. To be fair, this isn't the fault of our maintenance technicianâwe only have one maintenance guy for the entire property, and he is fantastic. He tries his absolute best and works hard with the limited resources management gives him, but the property is completely understaffed.
Trying to get in touch with anyone in the front office is next to impossible. No one is ever physically at the office, and every single phone call goes straight to voicemail.
As an 18-year-old trying to move out and get my first place, this lack of professionalism is incredibly frustrating. The complete lack of communication and unresponsiveness from management is actively stalling my leasing process and negatively affecting my rental screenings elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else.
