Our rent was increased by $100–$200, yet the condition of both the property and our homes continues to decline. In the five years I’ve lived here, my dishwasher has never been replaced and now has mold in it. Maintenance requests are often marked as “completed” even though no repairs have been made, or they go unanswered for weeks, sometimes even months. The office is rarely staffed, phone calls frequently go unanswered, and communication with management is extremely poor. The property itself has become embarrassing to live in. Landscaping is minimal to nonexistent, dumpsters are constantly overflowing with trash, fences remain broken, and many units have damaged mini blinds visible throughout the community. People are at the point where they are putting up bed sheets in their windows. It’s turning into a hood. The pool is almost never open, making one of the community’s ONLY. advertised amenities essentially unusable. Even when it would be open, it has often appeared unsanitary to the point that I wouldn’t feel comfortable allowing my children to use it. Another concern is the way notices are posted on apartment doors. They are often placed facing outward, allowing anyone walking by to see them. This can reveal sensitive information about residents and feels like an unnecessary invasion of their privacy. When I moved in, the walls and trim were painted the same color, my bathtub needed resurfacing, my carpet had cat urine from the previous owner and many of those maintenance issues remain unresolved years later. It often appears that some residents receive prompt attention while others are consistently overlooked. After speaking with numerous residents throughout the community, I’m increasingly concerned that these problems are widespread and deserve a thorough review. The ongoing lack of maintenance, poor property upkeep, inconsistent handling of repair requests, and overall decline in living conditions raise serious concerns that should be addressed before they result in further complaints or potential legal action related to the property’s condition or management practices.

I have lived in this community since 2017 (when I was 9 years old). At first, everything was great, but the quality of management and property maintenance has severely declined over the years. It has gotten to the point where it is overall an awful place to live. The property itself is always dirty and is seemingly never cleaned. On top of that, amenities are neglected—we haven’t had a functioning pool since 2019. When you put in work orders for your actual apartment, they regularly go unanswered for weeks. To be fair, this isn't the fault of our maintenance technician—we only have one maintenance guy for the entire property, and he is fantastic. He tries his absolute best and works hard with the limited resources management gives him, but the property is completely understaffed. Trying to get in touch with anyone in the front office is next to impossible. No one is ever physically at the office, and every single phone call goes straight to voicemail. As an 18-year-old trying to move out and get my first place, this lack of professionalism is incredibly frustrating. The complete lack of communication and unresponsiveness from management is actively stalling my leasing process and negatively affecting my rental screenings elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else.

Have been trying to contact them now for a couple days for availability. No one answers the phones. No one calls you back. If you need proof of this I can post pictures.

Continuously disappointing management and maintenance. Fails to handle anything needed even for long time or elderly residents , repairs take months to be done- if ever . Refuses to change out dog bag stations and trash can so that feces are overflowing or piled up . playground and sandbox completely full of weeds and trash . NO customer service as phones are mainly always set to voicemail and a maintenance request is always made to be more difficult than need be . Neighbors constantly in common agreement on complaints as it is a common topic amongst everyone that management lacks in every way possible . DO BETTER .

If you have 8 years or more of your time to wait then this is the place. I have been on the wait list for 8 years and used to keep on checking every year to see where I was on the list and according to the staff I was on the first 5 or 10 on the list depending who answered the phone. Well, around a 4 months ago I called because I really need it a place since my living situation changed and need it a place for me and my kids. I went to the place and Tatyana told me what the requirements were and I made sure I had every single thing she asked for and since then it’s been hell. It’s pretty clear that they manage their own list, it’s obvious that the people they know will have a spot first than you. I know people living there that got a place in less than a year in a 4 bedroom house. This is something that we can’t change unfortunately but I wish I knew that they were just giving me false hope. That would have been less stressful. People with a little power take advantage of their position. You have no idea what people goes through and maybe you’re just judging someone’s life by what you see. If Tatyana likes you I’m sure you won’t be struggling waiting for so many years.

I have lived here for years and I have never seen such a bad property manager. She doesn’t get things fixed. If you have an issue she won’t sit there and listen every time you call the Phone they never answered, called them three times no answer and it’s just rude

Jesus the maintenance is great! He is the only guy on duty so you have to give him some grace but he always gets the job done and efficiently. :)
